By accessing and using ThemeBravo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our marketplace. ThemeBravo provides a digital marketplace for web creators to purchase and download high-quality website templates, UI kits, and digital assets.
When you purchase a product on ThemeBravo, you are acquiring a license to use that product, not the ownership of the product itself. All products fall under our Standard or Extended License agreements. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any digital assets purchased here, regardless of modification.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify ThemeBravo of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our support systems.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the file has been downloaded. We only offer refunds in specific circumstances, such as if the product is fundamentally flawed, critically broken, or does not match the advertised description, provided you contact our support team within 14 days of purchase.
All products and services on ThemeBravo are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our templates will function perfectly with all third-party plugins, future browser updates, or unique server configurations.
